Axia Extract is AI-powered document extraction software. It reads invoices, receipts, bank statements, claim forms, and IDs and returns the fields you define, structured and ready to use, without a template built for each layout.
Why it exists
Document data entry is still mostly manual.
Most business documents still get read by a person: an invoice line item typed into an AP system, a bank statement balance keyed into a loan file, a claim form re-entered into a claims platform. Template-based OCR automated some of that, but it breaks the moment a vendor changes their layout, which means someone is still maintaining templates instead of doing the work the automation was supposed to remove.
Axia Extract exists to remove the template step entirely. Define the fields you want once, upload documents in any format, typed or handwritten, and get structured data back with a confidence score on every field, so low-confidence results can be flagged for review instead of trusted blind.

Every benchmark number on this site comes from a public dataset (SROIE2019) with the methodology and per-field results shown openly, not a marketing headline.
Confidence per field
Every extracted field returns its own confidence score, so a low-confidence value can be flagged for review instead of accepted silently.
Benchmarked accuracy
98.2% field accuracy, tested and published.
Benchmarked against SROIE2019, a public dataset of 347 real-world receipts, with per-field results published openly: 99.9% on financial totals, 96.3% on dates, 93.2% on handwriting.
